The Receptionist/Electronic File Clerk is a full time and temp to hire position located in Arroyo Grande, CA. Hours are from 8:30am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, with a pay rate of $20/hr. A pay review will take place after 20 weeks.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Answer and forward calls
Take messages
Complete intake forms for prospective clients
Process client email
Assist with other office tasks
Skills & Qualifications
Experience preferred but will train a good fit
Must know MS Outlook
Office uses Phoneslips and Word Perfect software
Driver's License is helpful but not required
Confidentiality and confidence are a must
