Description Job Summary:We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Spanish Receptionist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing appointments, and providing administrative support. This role requires fluency in both English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele.Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Manage the front desk, ensuring it is tidy and presentable with all necessary materials.

Communication:

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls using a multi-line phone system.

Provide accurate information in both English and Spanish to clients and visitors.

Handle inquiries and address complaints, directing them to appropriate personnel when necessary.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage and coordinate appointments and meetings, maintaining an accurate calendar.

Confirm appointments and follow up with clients as needed.

Administrative Support:

Perform basic clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and faxing.

Assist in the preparation of reports and documents as required.

Maintain and update contact lists and client information.

Customer Service:

Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with clients.

Assist clients with forms, applications, and other documents.

Address client needs promptly and efficiently in both languages.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Language Skills:

Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or a related field are a plus.

Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in a similar role is preferred.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Familiarity with office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.

Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts in a calm and professional manner.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to sit for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally.
