Seeking Multi Talented Person

We are in the business of selling hemp products and we are quite busy doing so. We sell to stores and Distributors. We need someone to help in many aspects of what we do.

Here are some of the types of work that we need you to do.

1) Assist in inventory of our Hemp products as we release menus often and it is difficult to keep exact inventory of each variety (strain). Incorrect inventory results in orders for products that may no longer be in stock and then we need to contact customers to get replacements

2) Photography and videos need to be taken of much our Hemp strains that already do not have pictures and video(s) from the suppliers. The pictures and video are what our customers see of the product. Very simply put, good pictures and videos will sell the products while average to poor pictures and videos will often end up in products sitting unsold.

3) We need assistance with keeping track of the testing of each product strain and printing them out to accompany each shipment with the specific strains being shipped.

4) We also need you to assist in marketing graphics such as putting information about each product on or under photos.

5) We use Excel, Quickbooks, Photoshop and Acrobat and we are looking into a Flipping books type software that is basically a digital magazine that shows pictures and video and more while turning the pages of the magazine. Please be experienced with Excel and Photoshop at least. You can learn the others.

6) At times, you may be asked to help fulfill orders as we sometimes get more orders than our staff can handle.

7) As the owner of this business, I do most of the jobs listed here and so much more, so I know that one really good person can accomplish what needs to be done. There are many more tasks that we can talk about later or that will just arise over time.

Be comfortable with the smell and feel of Hemp which is quite similar to Cannabis because you will be handling the hemp throughout the day. Because this is Hemp and not Cannabis, you do not need a badge.
