Range Marshal at Coyote Valley Sporting Clays

Overview:

Coyote Valley Sporting Clays is seeking a dedicated and professional Range Marshal to join our team. The Range Marshal is the most important and visible role on our course, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for customers, instructors, and EP guides. Your expertise and guidance will be essential in maintaining the high standards of safety and behavior we are known for.

General Duties:

Maintain a neat and clean environment to enhance customer experience.

Pick up litter, sweep or rake trails, and address any broken items or dirty furniture.

Take pride in the course, showing a sense of ownership and responsibility for its appearance.

Ensure targets are loaded, machines are operable, and shooting stations are clean.

Empty trash cans and shell cans, replace liners, and keep the area tidy.

Clean and service golf carts and vehicles, ensuring they are fueled and maintained.

Use range memos for effective communication.

Maintain cleanliness around the office, pro-shop, and patio area, and ensure tools are properly stored.

Qualifications:

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Commitment to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The work hours/week for this position are Saturdays and Sundays plus optional holidays.
