Part time cleaning person

Cleaning lady needed to help with home, should be neat and tidy. Have own transportation. Would amount to about 10 hours a week split between two day. Also planning on getting house ready to sell, so would be some lifting, but not heavy. Must like dogs. Starting at 18.00 an hour, Spanish or foreign language ok.
