Staff Internal Auditor

Position: Staff Internal AuditorLocation: Washington DC 20005Job ID: 2020-2540 Job Description:The primary purpose of this position is to perform audit finding resolution tasks assigned under the guidance of USAC management. Scope of Work:These tasks may include but are not limited to: Review audit finding resolution logs for accuracy, completeness, and good form Consolidate audit finding resolution logs in accordance with the FCC report specifications Generate audit finding resolution reports in accordance with FCC specifications Follow up and obtain resolution for audit findings Work with program personnel and audit points of contact to gather requested information about the status of audit findings Reconcile approved audit reports to audit findings resolution logs Provide analysis of audit finding resolutions as requested in an expeditious manner Perform other tasks as assigned by USAC management Required Skill-Set and Experience: 4 year college degree in accounting preferred 1-2 years of experience in audit or audit finding resolution Strong technical skills working with MS Excel and MS Access SQL experience preferred, but not require
