Position: Front Office Medical Office Employee with Back Office Experience - Part time to Full time

Key Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures

Schedule appointments and manage patient records accurately

Verify insurance coverage and process payments

Utilize electronic health records (EHR) system proficiently

Assist with back-office tasks such as rooming patients, taking vitals, and assisting physicians as needed

Maintain cleanliness and organization of front office area

Requirements:

Previous experience working in a medical office setting, preferably in both front and back-office roles (beneficial but not necessary).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Spanish preferred)

Proficiency with medical terminology and electronic health records (EHR) systems

Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks

Certification in medical assisting or related field preferred
