Project Manager needed for Contract Opportunity with Randstad Technologies client in Redmond, WA.Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budgetMonitor project progress by tracking activity; resolving problems; publishing progress reports; recommending actionsPrepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trendsKEY QUALIFICATIONS:- A bachelor's degree & 2 years operations or program management support
- Organizational and communication skills
- Previous exposure working in a large organization
- Microsoft Excel and Visio experience a must
- Microsoft Access, Power BI and/or SQL experience strongly preferred
- Detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive
- Support Program Managers and Legal SMEs ensuring a positive experience for visa dependent employees and their families in the Immigration lifecycle.
- Support end-to-end program management of immigration work streams including reporting, forecasting, data analysis, process improvement, quality control, and case volume management
- Support Program Managers identifying improvement opportunities and solutions driving merit-based business transformation
- Support the PMO team driving satisfaction and overall health of partnerships with U.S. Immigration stakeholders
- Determine operational objectives by studying business functions; gathering information; evaluating output requirements and formats
- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications
- Improve systems by studying current practices, designing modifications
- Recommend controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures
- Experience level: Experienced
