Responsibilities

Manage some household duties including scheduling repairs/maintenance, and overseeing any domestic staff

Coordinate and manage certain business projects, timelines, resources, budgets, and deliverables across multiple companies and initiatives.

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and employees to ensure projects stay on track

Develop and implement efficient processes, systems, and schedules for optimal productivity

Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to keep home and business running smoothly

Provide detailed reports and updates on all project statuses

Requirements

Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work onsite and flexible with hours as needed to meet demands

Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
