Business Systems Consultant 3 with following skillsRole: Business Systems Consultant 3Location: Trenton, NJ12+Months Job Description:Specific responsibilities include: •Support general project management of technology implementation.•Monitor and analyze testing of new software to help track defects, understand implications of any issues, and help coordinate across testing vendors and developers to ensure issues get fixed.•Analyze gaps in functionality and monitor/track improvements.•Serve as a point-of-contact for Exchange issues related to privacy, security, and data.•Investigate issues that come up from consumers, carriers, or call center to identify the source, including identifying if the underlying issue is due to technology platform or another system.•Analyze system capabilities to determine potential solutions for Exchange needs to arise.•Perform other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTSThis position requires:•Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor’s degree. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science of Engineering related field is preferred. Or relevant additional years of career experience.•2-6 years of career experience in technology.•Mastery of Microsoft Excel.•Proficiency in SQL.•The capacity to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment.
