- Minimum 10+ years of experience & exposure in following areas;
- Strong Business Analysis, data analysis & Systems Analysis background
- Experience in requirement gathering of different kinds of Analytical Solutions ( like reports, cubes & data marts)
- Strong data profiling & analysis experience
- Experience in providing data insights & behaviors for requirement confirmation
- Solid hands on experience in writing complex Sql server queries for profiling & analysis
- Hands on experience in creating POCs using Queries, Tabular Cubes & Power BI for new solutions
- Experience in creating data mapping documents & functional/technical specs
- Experience in data visualization process & tools using Power BI, Excel
- Experience in Agile Scrum/SAFe Methodology & relevant projects
- Experience in Scrum Master role & relevant responsibilities
- Should have good knowledge on BI/DW concepts & processes
- Should have good knowledge on ETL/ELT processes & data modelling concepts
- Hands on experience in using VSO for Agile Project Delivery
- Hands on experience in using Visual Studio for Database/Tabular solution analysis
- Knowledge of MDX query writing is a plus
- Should be able to coordinate & drive customers on deliverable signoffs
- Should have experience driving & managing the complete UAT process
- Should have experience driving & managing the complete Release process
- Experience in handling/interacting with technical teams and discussing technical architecture
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written
- Experience in managing direct customer & project stakeholder
- Should be a quick learner & self- driven person
- Experience in offshore-onsite working model
