Position Summary:The SanMar IT Department Client Services Analyst Position allows you to gain valuable experience and insight, working for one of the most advanced suppliers in the Promotional Products Industry. The primary focus of this position is to look for opportunities to leverage technology to solve business problems. This position is responsible for the support and administration of the Microsoft Service Manager Platform. You will also help drive the evaluation and implementation of new client hardware/software and validate compatibility with SanMar systems. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:- Evaluate new software and hardware, relevant to SanMar.
- Provide training for new technologies deployed at SanMar.
- Support and administer Microsoft Service Manager Platform.
- SQL experience desired.
- Leverage technology to find solutions for business problems.
- Other job duties as required.
- 2+ years’ experience in an organized software support environment, preferably in Senior Support.
- Microsoft Service Manager support experience desired.
- Microsoft Orchestrator experience desired.
- Microsoft PowerShell experience desired.
- SQL Administration experience required.
- Jamf experience desired.
- Strong passion and desire for client support as well as process improvement.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong desire to learn new systems and technologies.
- High level of written and verbal communication skills; ability to document ideas concisely and quickly.
- Ability to communicate technical information and interact with many different skill sets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Ability to take ownership of an issue or a project and the dedication to see it through to completion.
- Ability to work independently and make timely decisions in alignment with business goals.
- Ability to drive change and process improvement in a loosely structured environment.

- Self-starter - ongoing training and knowledge development.
- Ability to prioritize work assignments.
- Prior Senior technical experience is preferable.
- Apple/Macintosh support experience preferred.
