Human Resources Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Human Resources Coordinator with experience in worker’s compensation claims. This HR professional will help in providing support to our HR department and play a crucial role in handling compensation claims and helping to foster a safe work environment.Responsibilities:

Manage workers’ compensation claims process, including initial intake, filing, and tracking of claims.

Work closely with third-party administrators and staff to ensure timely processing of claims.

Coordinate with all parties involved in the claim and maintain effective communication.

Assist in implementing safety measures to prevent workplace incidents and accidents.

Maintain records and reports related to workers' compensation claims.

Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an HR Coordinator, preferably with workers' compensation experience.

Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.

Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations professionally.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficient in MS Office and HR software.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
