Summary/Objective: Under the general direction of the company President and the TS Team Leader, this position’s main objective is to oversee and create increased efficiency and productivity in the areas of company administration, bookkeeping, human resources, and provide general business support to the company management. This supportive position must be successfully able to work positively and professionally with clients, vendors and partners to promote the growth, efficiency and profitability of the company.Essential Functions: The ability and desire to work as efficiently as possible, and to be able to identify areas in all facets of the organization where process improvements can be implementedHandle all administrative and human resources tasksAssist the President of the organization with all non-production duties, as well as low-level production assistance for the Technical Services Team LeaderHelp to develop better internal communication and functional efficienciesMaintain and continuously grow all partner, distributor and vendor relationshipsAttend training, certifications and continually develop relevant knowledge and skillsParticipation with clients and potential clients; involving internal infrastructure and company direction/planning/growth responsibilitiesAbility to interface independently with clients, vendors & partners, and assisting C-level and management staffPreform client billing audits to ensure accuracy and profitabilityBookkeeping including banking, taxes, accounts receivable, accounts payable and other financial duties for Griffin Technology Group and associated investment properties and businessesEvent coordination for Griffin Technology Group and associated investment properties and businessesPayrollCompany benefit planning such as; insurance, 401k, workers compensation and planning staff training and on-going educationCompetencies: Communication ProficiencyEthical ConductBusiness AcumenCustomer Service SkillsProblem SolvingOrganizational SkillsBookkeepingHuman Resources
