Technology stack- Blackline (Finance Reconciliation)
- Coupa (Invoicing, Purchasing)
- GreatPlains (ERP)
- Lucernex (Rent and Lease Management system)
- Addressing functional issue related to COTS applications
- Snaplogic Pipeline Failures - Initial Check
- Checking integration issues between finance applications
- Trouble shooting data mismatch issues
- Understanding the error and checking the source and target systems (Backend)
- Roles and privileges (Role additions, Modifications, granting & revoking privileges)
- Snaplogic release QA testing (smoke testing to be carried out and ensure no pipelines are failing)
- Manually triggering jobs/re-starting failed jobs.
- SFTP Upload requests (OK to pay uploads in to Coupa, Split billing scenarios
