- Lead and deliver an exceptional outcome to clients on all projects
- Lead cross functional teams in developing comprehensive project plans (scope, product and project cost, schedule and performance)
- Manages overall project plan of large cross functional projects and/or programs including optimizing the plan by negotiating content based on priorities, risk, resource, budget and timeframe constraints
- Leads development phase checkpoint discussions and activities
- Ensures that all project resource requirements are met
- Create and maintain project risk management plan
- Decide and plan suitable strategies and objectives
- Tracks realized performance, adjusting to align with shifting priorities and reporting to senior management
- Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
- Prepare reports (I.e. SOWs Statement of Work)
- Develops solutions to remove project roadblocks
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial positions
- Knowledge of IT technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
- Working knowledge in Microsoft office, excel, and project management software
- Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel by airplane or car to sites across the US, as needed (up to 50%)REQUIRED
