Position Summary

Program Manager will be an assertive leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce measurable results within desired timeframes. Program Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within the defined budget. The goal of this position is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome for our company and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver an exceptional outcome to clients on all projects
  • Lead cross functional teams in developing comprehensive project plans (scope, product and project cost, schedule and performance)
  • Manages overall project plan of large cross functional projects and/or programs including optimizing the plan by negotiating content based on priorities, risk, resource, budget and timeframe constraints
  • Leads development phase checkpoint discussions and activities
  • Ensures that all project resource requirements are met
  • Create and maintain project risk management plan
  • Decide and plan suitable strategies and objectives
  • Tracks realized performance, adjusting to align with shifting priorities and reporting to senior management
  • Lead and evaluate project managers and other staff
  • Prepare reports (I.e. SOWs Statement of Work)
  • Develops solutions to remove project roadblocks
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven experience as a Program Manager or other managerial positions
  • Knowledge of IT technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
  • Working knowledge in Microsoft office, excel, and project management software
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel by airplane or car to sites across the US, as needed (up to 50%)
