Job Title:

Customer Success Manager/ Delivery manager with HealthcareJersey City, NJ - Remote until CovidContract

Position Objectives:Several client escalations and experiences that could have potentially been addressed better with some one dedicated looking at brewing client escalations from a Technology perspective. This role would be the primary owner of strategic relationships with key leaders in healthcare Provider organizations. uncover and address servicing roadblocks and mitigate escalations while identifying new and cross-sell/upsell opportunities, working closely in partnership with Sales.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Accountable to coordinate support for all client escalations ( across teams, BiZ/ETS/Client)
  • Facilitates discussions within teams and with client, pulling in right resources in time
  • Keeps Leadership informed and updated on brewing escalations
  • Reports data/analysis on incidents - Support team to provide data, this resource will predefined & agreed upon categorizations to help identify improvements in process, across all teams

Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience preferably in Healthcare as Client Facing role in IT Project Delivery or Technology Product Manager
  • Experience in Web & Database technologies
  • Understanding of client/server and Cloud technologies.
  • Strong executive communication skills and presence
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams, driving issues to resolution, communicating with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (interpersonal, verbal and written), problem solving skills and time management.
  • Hands on experience in Application/Product Development and understanding of Agile methodologies.

Tools and Technologies:
  • .NET/C#
  • Web Technologies, Security protocols.
  • Database technologies (preferably Cache DB)
  • Reporting applications (preferably Crystal Reports)
  • MS Outlook, MS Office
