New England Air Systems, Vermont’s premier Design/Build Mechanical Contractor, and winner of 2020 Best Places to Work in Vermont, is looking for a Service Billing professional for our multi-million dollar service department. The position will work out of our Williston office.
This position will perform all aspects of service billing, including entry of work orders, purchase orders, vendor invoices, and PM contracts, In addition, they would be responsible for accounts receivable collection and processing credit applications for new customers.
Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel is required as well as the ability to learn internal financial software.
