  • Having experience in preparing Business Cases, Analysis artifacts, data flow diagrams and Mapping Documents
  • Strong data centric resource
  • Having experience in Data modeler tools is an added advantage
  • Should have experience in dealing with multiple teams like IT,QA and other stake holders
  • Very good communication skills
  • Experience with Hl7 file layouts. Past experience with HEDIS/claims modules will be added advantage
