Double Suite Rental

This is a wonderful opportunity to rent a suite from a beautiful, stylish, and affordable salon in a great location. The salon is located in an upscale, trendy part of the Lower East Side of Milwaukee. You will have the benefit of being in a desirable location.

BE YOUR OWN BOSS! You will manage your own business, with the freedom to schedule whatever days and hours you choose to work.

- There are currently spa services provided, offering your clients the opportunity to receive a number of varied services at the same salon.

- We currently have a full salon of 8 Hairstylists, Esthetician, Nail Technicians, and Lash/Microblading Specialist who works together as a team. It is a friendly, positive, and drama-free salon.

- The interior of the salon (and the suites) are elegant, stylish, and unique - with beautiful floors, custom furniture, architectural details, and beautiful cabinetry to store your products and supplies.

- It is connected to the Abbotsford Condominiums, with residents living in condos above and next to Milwaukee Power Yoga.

AMENITIES INCLUDE:

Mini Refrigerator in each suite.

Equipment/Furniture provided (you would provide your own supplies).

LED lights that will allow you to see the haircolor as you would see outside in natural lights. It is also dimmable, allowing you to control your side of the lights in suite.

Towels.

Will receive two keys: one for your suite and one for the front door of the salon to enter/leave anytime you wish.

Break Room that includes refrigerator, sink, microwave, and seating area. It will also be converted for use with wedding parties when refreshments are brought and served.

Cleaning Crew twice a week to keep a very clean, sanitary salon (Every Monday and Thursday)

User-Friendly receptionist iPad app in the waiting room that allows clients to check in with their professionals (Temporarily unavailable until Covid-19 ends).

Personalized page/bio on the website (optional).

Signage with business name provided above each door and station.

The waiting room offers stylish, comfortable seating, a coffee/beverage area, and additional bar area for clients to easily relax and enjoy a beverage while waiting.

Supplies provided for the common areas and bathroom

Utilities and wifi included.

The salon is in an ideal location on the upper East Side - near many popular businesses and restaurants, and with continual car and foot traffic.

Easy accessibility to parking, and have a choice to have your own parking spot in the lot across the street for a small monthly fee.

DOUBLE SUITE Available in October:

Monthly rent is $1095 for yourself (Double the cabinetry, chairs, shampoo bowls, etc)

OR $610 each chair/station if you share with a friend! (Will have your own cabinetry, chair, shampoo bowl, etc if share with a friend)

Bonus: Dual dimmable lights to control each side to your preference!

The Rental Contract is month to month.

The salon has implemented regulations from the order of the city to ensure the health and safety of our clients/professionals.

BONUS: The salon went through some renovations and updates over the summer: new floor, repaint, and brand new salon chairs!
