Be Self motivated

Show up on time
Pass In-shop weld test
Be Reliable
Should have your own personal safety equipment i.e. helmet, gloves etc.
General knowledge of standard welding process and practices. Experience with MIG, TIG and Arc welding
Extreme focus at work. If you need to be on your phone, or need to smoke this position would not be a good fit.
Shows ability to build or assemble correctly the first time, by following direction and plans.
Safety conscious and constant use of protective equipment
Keeps equipment maintained and work area clean and safe
Ability to inspect personal work for accuracy and follow quality control procedures
Capable of accurately recording project work hours on work orders and time cards
Typical work is 40 hours Monday through Friday, Occasional Saturdays required.
