Men's Grille Server/Attendant

Private golf club in North Scottsdale seeking energetic, friendly, hard-working Men’s Grille Server/Attendant for Full or Part-Time Seasonal employment.

Our ideal candidate will have a friendly and out-going personality, be clean shaven and professional in appearance, energetic and a self-starter, take direction and be able to work as part of a team.

Our matching fit for the position will have some previous experience in the food and beverage industry and ideally some dining service/waiting experience. We are willing to train a candidate with the right work ethic and attitude to be an excellent server. We are looking for someone that enjoys hopitality and taking great care of people everyday.

Great earnings potential with uniform included and a daily employee meal provided, as well.

Primary Duties include, but not limited to:

Daily setup and/or breakdown of bar and dining area

Accurately take food and beverage orders and charge to correct member account

Make cocktails, draw beers, and pour/serve wine

Anticipate member’s needs and quickly respond to requests

Maintain high standards of service and decorum throughout the club

Promote club activities and enhance member experiences

Other Team Duties include, but not limited to:

Clean/polish/return dress shoes and golf shoes to lockers

Detail cleaning of bar/dining area/chairs/condiments, etc.

Clean towel/hand towel folding and rolling

Other Misc. projects

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 30 pounds. Perform duties that require reaching, bending, stooping,

wiping, pulling, standing and moving throughout the entire club area.

Must be able to work mornings and evening as needed and weekends throughout the season.

Must have a valid Maricopa County Food Handlers Card.
