Concrete Polishing Techs/Skilled Labor

We are North Phoenix based company, seeking to hire skilled Concrete polishing technicians, who have experience and knowledge of the concrete polishing process. We specialize in polishing concrete, we also do over-layments, stains, epoxies, and decorative concrete.
We are looking for skilled techs to foremen caliber workers, We would consider training the right candidates that demonstrate the willingness to learn a trade and have a good head on their shoulders. We firmly believe that you determine your own future here and your work ethic determines how far you take this opportunity.
Requirements:
- Detailed Oriented
- Organized
- Have a valid driver’s license
- Pass random drug testing
- Must be a self-starter and efficient in all duties.
- Team-Oriented - Able to be a team player and to interact clearly and positively
- Travel out of state from time to time
- MUST HAVE A FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE. Our start times vary depending on jobs and locations.
- We do work on military bases, so a clean record is helpful.
Compensation
Foreman – Starts at $25-$35, includes company truck
Must be able to manage people/take ownership of a project
Be knowledgeable in the polishing trade
Turn in daily paperwork
Clean driving record
Must be able to travel
Will train for advancement
Field Tech - $16-$24
Must be knowledgeable in the polishing trade
Must be proficient in machine/edge/poly/patching
Must be able to get to work on time
Must be able to travel
Will train for advancement
Labor - $13-$15
Must be able to get to work on time
Must be able to travel
Must be able to take direction.
Will train for advancement
Pay is dependent on experience, skill, and work ethic.
Out of town travel comes with a tax free daily per diem.
We do offer medical plans and PTO after 90 days
