Looking to hire immediately one well rounded handyman with hands on experience for residential properties. Single family homes. Handling daily, weekly Tenant work orders. With knowledge and experience in plumbing, example fixing leaks or fix dishwasher, properly install water heater and some electrical like install ceiling fan, or vanity lighting or put socket plug or GFCI. And be able to trouble shoot,

Be able to handle Make ready for move-in's,, Jack of All Trades

HOURS 30 hours a week Or more as needed

Start is $20.00 per hour

Must have a current driver's license and reliable transportation and bring your own tools
