We are an exterior siding, masonry and stucco construction company that does both residential and commercial buildings. We are rapidly growing and need individuals that will fit our culture and eager to do what needs to be done to help streamline things. We are looking to hire for the following positions:

3-4 Estimators- will be working with a team of estimators to do take offs (calculate footage) on multiple bid requests. Be responsible for building out the materials and labor costs as well as phasing the job out according to elevations. If we win that job, responsible for submitting all compliance documents that our customers require. Ideally, we would like someone with experience in estimating, or understands construction (specifically in Stucco, Siding or Masonry), but we are willing to train the right individuals. This is a position that requires being able to navigate a computer and research information, must be able to work well with others in the office, field and customers. Successful candidates who are able to multi-task, self-starter, able to work with little direction but also be coachable, and is eager to learn their field and continue to grow with our company. We are open to part-time or full-time for this position

1 Admin- this position requires someone who has attention detail, able to sit at a desk and do the same tasks multiple times, as well as the ability to navigate a computer. Currently we are in need of someone that can take the invoices from our suppliers and enter them into our accounting system, assist with data entry as we are converting from QuickBooks to a full Customer/Field Management system. This will be an evolving position as we continue to grow and figure out what tasks should be switched over to this person from our Controller. The successful candidate will be someone who can work well with multiple types of individuals, enjoys all aspects of admin work, and willing to learn and grow with our company. Spanish speaker is a plus, but not required. We are open to part-time or full-time for this position.

1 Masonry Division Project Manager- this position is a key member of our leadership team and will be responsible for the efficiency and smooth running of the masonry department. The ideal candidate will be able to navigate a computer well, work well with all types of people (office, field, customers, vendors, etc), able to understand what needs to be done on multiple jobs involving masonry work, understand that office and field must work together to be successful. This requires the ability to lead, manage and hold accountable individuals working in this department. They are ultimately responsible for planning & logistics, meeting deadlines & schedules, creative problem solving, communicating changes to the appropriate departments/individuals, and gathering & submitting all close-out for each job that has masonry. Spanish speaker is preferred, but not required. This is a full-time position.
