Experienced SUSHI CHEF WANTED

NoW Sushi, San Diego's first fully vegan sushi spot, is hiring for a part time sushi chef to join our team.

Are you passionate about bringing innovative, delicious, and creative food to San Diego? Do you enjoy working with a team and helping to grow with a small business? Then this may be the place for you.

NoW Sushi is hiring for a part time or full time (20-40 hours/week) sushi chef with the following qualities:

Experience in rolling sushi and making japanese dishes

Good/excellent plating skills

Excellent knife skills

Excellent cleaning skills

Able to take direction/learn new things

A team player

Good communication skills

Punctuality

Knowledge on japanese cuisine

Line cooking skills is a plus

We are currently looking for Monday and Tuesday and Weekend coverage.
