OFFICE MANAGER – Part time. Must be QuickBooks Online Expert!

Office Manager wanted part time (20-30 hours a week) for small furniture/lighting manufacturer. Must be very knowledgeable in using QuickBooks Online (invoicing, sales receipts, printing checks, payroll, sales tax, matching banking transactions, etc). You will be tested on your knowledge!
Duties will include organizing office, filing, answering phones, assisting bookkeeper with paying bills, entering daily sales into QuickBooks from multiple eCommerce platforms, and daily updating of Budget spreadsheet for owner. Some knowledge of GAAP bookkeeping is a plus!
Hours are preferably between 8AM & 4pm (mornings preferred)
Oh, you must like dogs and cats as everyone brings their dogs to work and if you have a friendly dog, they are welcome to come with you to work. All of our dogs are friendly, playful and it’s nice to go home with a tired dog. We also have an office cat.
