The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa is looking for (2) rad part-times aestheticians to join our up and coming medical spa focusing on health, wellness, and aesthetics. Our team is small but mightly and we are looking for two people with are willing to dive in and join us. The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa’s heartbeat is supporting the client from the inside out. The ideal candidate will have experience working inside a medical spa; however, we are willing to train the right individuals as long as they are up for the challenge. Our ideal candidate is one who exhibits poise, professionalism, and has excellent communication skills. Someone who is eager to learn new and upcoming cosmetic procedures and educate patients regarding each procedure. Must be willing and able to cover a wide variety of services, manage your clients, and drive sales!

(2) Part-Time Positions

Hourly wage: Starting at $20-$25 hourly (depending on experience), plus commission on products, and tips. Must be willing to work weekends.

Tips

Job Duties:

-Serve as a representative of The Peaceful Poppy Med Spa, welcoming clients and through customer service guide their experience at the medical spa

-Review patient files to provide the appropriate services and recommend other products and services

-Rebook clients following treatments

-Follow the patient's treatment plan and update as goals are achieved and change

-Educate patients about products being used during treatment and the reasons for their use

-Maintain knowledge of products & services and stays up to date on all certifications and licenses

-Keep professional notes on each patient and continuously update their files after services

-Assist with tasks to prepare for patients including changing rooms over, ensure proper setup, and maintaining a cleanly environment

-Help maintain a well-stocked, clean, and elegant looking spa

-Work with members of the team to set regular goals

-Maintain a high patient retention rate and work to grow a strong clientele

Qualifications:

-Current Colorado Aesthetics License REQUIRED

-3 years Esthetician /Skin Care experience REQUIRED

-Dermaplane and Microderm certified REQUIRED

-Chemical peel certification REQUIRED

-Medical Spa experience 1+ years PREFERRED

-Flexible shift availability, must be able to work weekends

-Lash lift certified

-Must possess knowledge in the SkinCeuticals skincare line

-Possess the ability to upsell a client

-Superior time management skills

-Possess a positive attitude

-Retail sales experience is a must

-Exceptional Red Carpet customer service a must

-Excellent communication skills

-Candidate must be highly motivated, driven, with a positive attitude and a successful sales track record

-Willing to utilize our wide array of marketing tools to help expand the existing client base

-Creativity and team player is a must

-Able to cross-promote treatments

-Essential oil knowledge appreciated

-Comprehensive knowledge of all medical service and product offerings

-Must be a leader and life-long learner who is passionate about this industry

-Builds strong client rapport.

-Demonstrates ethical sales practices

-Builds a self-generated client base

-Works collaboratively with the medical team to ensure the premier client experience
