Experienced Wood Flooring Technician

We are in immediate need of an experienced installer and finisher. Are you ready to be in a lead position and run your own crew? Can you meet the following criteria?

Install, Sand, & Finish Hardwood Floors using the guidelines and processes set forth by Colorado Hardwood Flooring and the National Wood Flooring Association.

Perform efficiently and effectively to ensure quality results, client satisfaction, meet design specifications and scheduling goals. Ensure a safe job site for all involved.

Requirements:

Ability to master technical skills specific to the hardwood flooring trade, including proper and safe use of all necessary materials and tools

Positive and courteous attitude, professional demeanor

Must be able to lift heavy equipment and tools into client’s homes

Background check required & a valid driver’s license
