This position is part time. The general hours required are:
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 12pm-6pm
Wednesdays: 10am-6pm
Fridays: 10am-3pm
Job Responsibilities:
Greeting clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
Answering phone calls
Scheduling/managing appointments
Providing information about our services and assisting with inquiries
Managing patient intake forms and ensuring accuracy of records
Collaborating with the clinic team to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
Qualifications:
Growth mindset, positive outlook, and coachable personality
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, scheduling software)
Empathy and understanding towards individuals seeking fertility support or on a chronic health journey
