The Executive Vice President of a small corporation needs an extra hand in her day to day operations.

10 hrs/week to start at $15/hr -> hours, pay, and responsibilities will increase over time if good fit

Need someone to come in to the Captain Cook office 1 day a week (preferably Friday mornings) for filing and checking in with the VP for the week. The rest of the work will be done remotely.

You will need:

-your own laptop

-decent work from home setup (e.g: printer, distraction free workstation)

-reliable transportation

-proficiency in MS Office, Google Suites, video conference software such as Zoom, and computers in general

-ability to learn quickly and an efficient workstyle

Tasks to start with involve:

-maintaining filing system

-data entry/document grinding (will teach)

-draft and mail out important letters

-research

-errands

-ad hoc

Need to have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position working primarily on a computer.

Hours and days are flexible and will be decided together to work with everyone's schedules.
