Job Summary:

Now hiring for a full-time Scheduler who enjoys a fast paced and challenging work environment. Seeking detail-oriented individual with excellent customer service, problem-solving, and telephone skills. Primary responsibilities are to coordinate schedules of company employees to meet client service requests. Ability to professionally handle incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries. Document, review and update client care scheduling data into a computer database in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

Looking for applicants with a High School diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of entry-level office work experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to communicate with diverse clients. Candidates require good time-management and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to demonstrate basic computer skills, type 30+ words per minute, and must own and know how to use a smart phone. Successful candidate must submit to TB clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays will be required.
