Owner / Business Consultant / BA II/IIIThis position

is posted as a job family and will be filled at the level of experience of

candidate chosen.Work

Location - VirginiaResponsible for translating

moderately complex and varied business needs into application software

requirements. Possesses full technical knowledge of most phases of systems and

business analysis and is able to consider the business implications of the

application of technology to current and future business environments. Primary

duties may include, but are not limited to: ·

May lead other analysts

and engineers assigned to complex projects, primarily advocating for user

experience, prioritization of workload, and on time execution.·

Determines specific

business application software requirements to address complex and varied

business needs. ·

Analyzes metrics and

designs solutions to address complex and varied business needs. ·

Consults with business

partners concerning application and implementation of technology, including

operational readiness. BA II:Requires a BS/BA

degree, 3-5 years related business

analysis experience, or any combination of education and experience, which

would provide an equivalent background. BAIII:Requires a

BS/BA degree, 5-7 years of business analysis experience that includes knowledge

of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of

education and experienced, which would provide an equivalent background.Business

Consultant:Requires a BS/BA degree, 8 - 10

years of business analysis experience, which should include analysis, project

management, working knowledge of computer software, hardware and operating

systems; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an

equivalent background. Preferred awareness of call center environment and Agile

methodology. Ability to travel maybe
