As prescribed by a referring physician, the physical therapist treats and directs treatment of patients based on an established plan of care. The therapist notes the diagnosis and takes all precautions of observing indications and contradictions.REQUIREMENTSGraduation from an AMA-APTA approved school of Physical Therapy required. Master's Degree required. Membership in or eligibility for membership in American Physical Therapy Association. Licensed by the State of Michigan required. BLS required.
