Position: Sr. Video Streaming Engineer Location: Fairmont, WV Apex Systems is currently seeking a Sr. Video Streaming Engineer/Operator to support telecommunications initiatives for a DoJ customer. The ideal candidate will have practical experience operating and maintaining streaming video solutions. This position requires that the candidate have a current Top Secret security clearance. Responsibilities:

  • Engineer video streaming solutions
  • Provide Tier 4 troubleshooting support focused on all enterprise UC capabilities related to streaming and signage technologies.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience operating and maintaining streaming video solutions
  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience with maintaining VBrick systems and technology components.
  • Must be have ability to schedule and monitor streams to ensure quality transmission.
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server is required.
  • Knowledge of Cisco Vision and Linux is desired.
