We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized office assistant to join our team. The office assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, assisting with clerical tasks, invoicing,

billing, scheduling and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Must have excellent customer service.

Frequent customer interaction by phone.

Must report to office manager daily.

A plus but not mandatory :

Basic knowledge of excel

Experience in the service industry of

HVAC and fireplace

Part time

$18-$22 per hour

Weekly pay

Schedule :12pm -5pm mon-Friday

Medical and 401k maybe come available
