Collections Assistant

Title: Collections Assistant

Salary: $18.00 to $20.00 per hour

Location: Hunts Point, NY

Hours: 8AM to 5PM

This positions supports the collections function of a busy accounting department.

Must have working knowledge of QuickBooks.

Reach out to clients to ensure adherence to payment schedules, follow up on arrears accounts and facilitate timely payments.

Log all calls and information specific to each client.

Assemble and send reminder invoices and notifications.
