Automotive Service Writer

Looking for experienced automotive service writers to join our team.

You will be responsible for communicating with customers effectively, writing work orders, invoices and preparing estimates.

Automotive Service Writer Responsibilities

- Communicate well with customers face to face, over the phone, and through email

- Write work orders

- Generate estimates using shop software

- Communicate with dealerships to order parts as necessary

- Accept, check in, and label part deliveries

- Take messages for other service advisors in the office

Automotive Service Writer Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills. Must speak well in person and over the phone.

- Must speak English

- Good penmanship, must be able to write legibly

- Ability to work well with others, our staff operates as a team

- At least 1 year of automotive experience

- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Commit to a full time schedule (Mon - Fri, 7am - 6pm)
