APN is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant to work remotely. They will perform the following tasks:

  • Help HR, Finance, Accounting, Sales & Marketing departments with business support activities as needed
  • Initiate and complete background checks for new candidates. This involves sending the required documents to candidates, ensuring they provide all the required information, sending the information to background check vendors, receiving the background check results in a timely manner, and communicating the results to the relevant individuals.
  • Perform educational / employment verification if required
  • Initiate and complete credentialing requirements for contract nurses. This involves sending the required documents, receiving all the required information, and ensuring that all the compliance requirements are met in terms of completeness and accuracy of documents.
  • Check references for candidates
  • Answer phone calls
  • General administrative office tasks
  • May require travel to our NJ office twice a week.
Skills Required:
  • Expertise in using various computer software including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.
  • Ability to learn new computer applications as needed
  • Excellent organization skills
  • Excellent communication skills
