Java Developer (Full Time)

Java DeveloperLocation: Franklin TNDuration: Full TimeRequirements• Five (+) years J2EE framework and architecture expertise (Java 6/7/8, SERVLETS, JDBC & JMS)•Five (+) transactional database and SQL expertise (DB2, Oracle or SQL Server)• Must have in depth Spring Framework experience as well as experience with Spring Batch and Dependency Injection.• ORM tool experience (MyBatis, Entity Framework, Hibernate)• Object-oriented programming (OOP) expertise• Eclipse, IBM RAD or similar IDE proficiency• SOA architecture and SOAP/REST web services experience• Design experience working with n-tier architectures (UI, Business Logic Layer, Data Access Layer)• Software implementation best practices knowledge• Version control systems knowledge (Git, CA SCM, SVN or CVS or Clear Case)• Experience using GitLab and Atlassian tools Jira, BitBucket, and SourceTree• Experience with application servers such as IBM WebSphere, WebSphere Liberty.Preferred Skills • Experience reverse engineering from one technology to another on a large scale HIGHLY PREFERRED • Python and Linux scripting experience is a plus. • Ability to adapt quickly to an existing, complex environment. • Ability to quickly learn new concepts and software as necessary• Self-motivated, independent, detail oriented, responsible team-player • Exceptional relationship management skills. • Strong communication skills, both written and oral• Passionate about building high-quality systems with software implementation best practices and mentoring • Ability to understand methodologies and tools used for delivery and a passion to follow and improve processes Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
