We are looking for Desktop Support Technician for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. Job Description:
- Desktop Engineering, SCCM Liaison with Service Desks
- IT support experience within Microsoft domain environments
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Extreme professionalism and personal presentation
- Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage and prioritize
- Work on Incident and Requests calls as assigned
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the client sites
- Experience in fault detection and resolution particularly on PCs, Laptops
- Knowledge of Windows 10 support with various other technologies including printer configuration, Outlook configuration, Antivirus, O365 etc.
