We are looking for Desktop Support Technician for an immediate need. This is a client-facing role & the candidate will have regular interactions with various client managers. Job Description:

  • Desktop Engineering, SCCM Liaison with Service Desks
  • IT support experience within Microsoft domain environments
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Extreme professionalism and personal presentation
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to manage and prioritize
  • Work on Incident and Requests calls as assigned
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues at the client sites
Skills:
  • Experience in fault detection and resolution particularly on PCs, Laptops
  • Knowledge of Windows 10 support with various other technologies including printer configuration, Outlook configuration, Antivirus, O365 etc.
