Call Center / Customer Service Specialist Summary:Signature Consultants is seeking a Call Center/Customer Service Specialist for an opportunity with a client in Deerfield, IL.Job Responsibilities:- Complete store enrollments using provided information
- Review enrollments for accuracy prior to submitting
- Assist with other enrollment related projects as needed
Requirements:- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one's time.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5-7 years customer service related experience required
