Please send your resume to Erin Keating at Robert Half Technology is searching for a Service Desk Analyst III for a contract to full-time opportunity based out of the Kirkland, Washington area. The primary responsibilities for this Service Desk Analyst III role is to handle escalated tickets from the Tier II Service Desk and mentor technicians. Job Duties:- Respond to IT incidents and requests via phone, email, and self-service portal.- Consistently provide excellent customer service to staff, using active listening and effective communication skills. - Perform in-depth troubleshooting on all incidents, attempting to resolve most incidents called into the Service Desk.- Document all troubleshooting, resolution and escalation steps in the IT ticketing system.- Primary escalation point for Tier I and II Service Desk Analysts. Provides support for issues that are beyond the experience level of Tier I and II Analysts.- Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements - 3 years of experience in a IT Customer Service environment, preferably healthcare IT Help Desk.- Advanced knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 - Experience with ITSM systems - analyzing and interpreting data- Previous knowledgebase management experience - CompTIA A+, MCSA and/or MCSE certification.- Previous Help Desk Senior Level/Tier III or Lead experience- Recent experience with healthcare software applications like Epic or Cerner- Use of tools such as IT Ticketing Systems, SCCM, MDM, Active Directory, Remote Management Tools, and Group Policy.- Advanced understanding of computer networks (LAN, WAN, and computer networking).If this sounds like a good fit, apply today!
