The global pandemic has led to a 5xsurge inBlueJeanswebsite traffic as our premium offerings are in higher demand than ever before.We are looking for a Digital Strategist to help us accelerate momentum and mature our digital capabilities. This individual will have responsibility for increasing organic traffic to the website, improving the user experience on bluejeans.com, and reporting digital effectiveness and impact.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and own a holistic roadmap for bluejeans.com. Analyze project trade-offs between impact and urgency to set the proper course.
  • Manage Lead Web Developer and ensure effective delegation and timely delivery of web projects.
  • Boost organic website traffic through the combined implementation of keyword-driven and technical SEO tactics.
  • Design compelling user journeys that result in trial and eCommerce conversion. Leverage A/B testing and experimentation techniques for optimization.
  • Measure and report website performance. Derive compelling insights that can influence-business direction and strategy.
What we're looking for
    You'll need to have:
    • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
    • Six or more years of relevant work experience.
    • Solid experience as a Digital Strategist, Digital Product Manager, or other role involving the design and implementation of user acquisition and journey strategy.
    Even better if you have:
    • Expert knowledge of SEO and organic best practices.
    • Expert understanding of web metrics(Google Analytics), A/B testing methodology, and optimization strategies.
    • Experience partnering with UX/UI designers
    • Creative and curious thinker. Proactive problem solver.
    • Excellent written and verbal skills. Ability to turn insights into action.
    • Strong project management skills to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
