Lead small IT delivery teams, supporting the planning, development and implementation of project efforts that utilize information technology solutions. The Delivery Lead has a strategic role in facilitating and leveraging the entire Process Stream life-cycle of products and services.Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the day-to-day activities for one or more delivery teams, ensure alignment to software delivery processes/best practices. Work with management to develop, establish and maintain project delivery standards and procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of detailed project plans; identifying resource needs to support delivery efforts and coordinating the daily activities of the delivery teams in alignment with project plans.
  • Lead technical delivery teams across multiple projects of various complexities.
  • Other responsibilities include the solicitation and refinement of requirements, project coordination, development of plans and schedules, resource planning and estimation, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Once a project is set in motion, communicate major milestones, identify potential project risks and issues, triage issues and provide continuing direction to the delivery teams and communicate project regularly.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks involved in meeting deadlines and deliverables.
  • Throughout the project life-cycle, obtain feedback to ensure that project efforts meet customer expectations for contracted time, cost and performance.
  • Excellent analytical, logical, presentation and interpersonal communication skills
  • Provide subject matter expert (SME) consultation on complex projects.
  • Familiarity with writing user stories and using agile tracking software (Jira, Agile Accelerator, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce delivery tool Gearset
  • Familiarity with Agile process
  • Proven use of Apex coding required
  • Support and re-enforce the perception of Process Stream as a high-quality, customer service-oriented organization
  • Complete other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Scrum master certification (CSM) a plus
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) a plus
  • 5 years of IT work experience, including 2 years of project management experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in an analytical or business/quality systems environment.
  • Knowledge of Health and Life Sciences industries with an emphasis on large scale enterprise software
  • Experience working with regulated/validated systems a plus
  • Ability to quickly learn technologies and product functionality
  • Ability to work as a team player
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced team environment
  • Ability to travel (10%)
