- Facilitates the capturing and prioritization of project requirements
- Leads, plans, facilitates, documents, schedules, tracks, and manages project deliverables, goals, and milestones across traditional and agile projects; adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Develops and executes stakeholder management plan
- Manages project scope and the change control process as appropriate
- Develops project plans and team assignments ensuring that resource allocation and project costs resulting in a forecast model and a managed budget
- Develops and manages project budgets, analyzes variances, and resolves invoice issues
- In alignment with People Services, analyzes Organizational Change Management (OCM) hurdles and devises/executes plans to overcome resistance and foster adoption of project deliverables
- Delivers/coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impact the scope, budget, risk, and resources of the work effort being managed
- Monitors, reviews, and/or appropriately escalates functional, quality, and timeline issues
- Develops and executes procurement management plan in association with procurement and the vendor management plan
- Implements project and quality assurance reviews in accordance with IT guidelines to ensure profitable and successful execution
- Participates in identifying and prioritizing opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise
- Holds self accountable for clear understanding of mission and goals for role and department. Achieves goals and helps to create an environment that fosters team commitment and employee engagement.
- Supports practices, policies and operating procedures and ensures alignment to departmental objectives and strategy.
- Understands effective communication across all levels of the organization (both upward and downward) with the appropriate message, the right tone and the appropriate level of impact.

- 5-8 years of Project Management Experience
- Teammate is a skilled leader with proven past success at leading, motivating and negotiating across project teams while encouraging collaboration, joint agreement and accountability for project deliverables
- Teammate is adept at critical thinking, analysis and making valid recommendations.
- Recognizes problems and is able to make recommendations/decisions on the best course of action to remediate. Resourceful at coming up with solutions using existing or available resources based on knowledge of the organization and level of execution effort.
- Teammate possesses an organizational planning system that enables effective management of competing projects, efficient reporting and delegation, and effective decision making
- Teammate translates initiatives into actions through a thoughtful, organized and well-planned approach. Establishes measurement criteria and systems to track daily processes, implementation of new initiatives and value creation.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four year college/university.
- PMP Certification
- Combination of job relevant education and experience may substitute in lieu of a degree or PMP
- Up to 25% travel may be required
- Job requires hours that may exceed 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week during times of peak activity. Evening meetings and/or weekend work sometimes required to ensure timely project completion.
- Moderate to high job pressure exists in the balancing of several projects with conflicting and sometimes changing deadlines.
- Physical capability to occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
