Tableau developer

We are looking for a person with Tableau development experience. The candidate is responsible for quickly working through BI requests to deliver actionable insights to the business and must :- 1) Development of new Reports and Dashboards with Tableau.2) Advanced Development experience with Tableau.3) SharePoint Development Experience is a must.4) 4 complete life-cycle implementations with Tableau.This position reports directly to the Director of Application and Data Services. The resource will primarily participate in planning, designing and implementation of reports and dashboards to support Business Intelligence initiatives of our client.The candidate must have advanced skills in Tableau and SQL. The candidate is responsible for quickly working through BI requests to deliver actionable insights to the business and must:• Have outstanding communication skills. Be comfortable presenting and communicating results to business leaders.• Ability to understand and analyze both detailed data as well as the big picture• Goal oriented and persistent. • Analysis of operating metrics, financial results, efficiency, and identification of opportunities• Evaluate opportunities for profitability improvement, identify financial impacts and make recommendations to senior management• Lead and coordinate process improvements and other projects as assigned.• Must have visualization design experience, dashboard skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Produce documentation and power points required to share across departments regarding (Tableau) report design best practices.Major Job ResponsibilitiesRequirements:• 3+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop (dashboards, reports)/ Tableau Server side.• 2+ experience PowerBI/ SpotFire• 4+ years experience SQLContact for any queries on this position -
