Inside Project Coordinator

Keith G. Roy Construction, the area’s leading residential remodeling company is looking for an experienced Inside Project Coordinator. A valid Driver’s License is required. Must have your own vehicle and a positive professional attitude.

Candidates will:

Assist sales department with estimates

Create change orders

Coordinate call backs with customers for estimates

Review customer contracts and make material lists

Call different vendors to get the best prices for materials

Order materials

Review order lists and confirm they are ordered correctly

Keep track of when materials will be coming in

Review orders when they come in, make sure everything is in and correct. Make sure materials are not broken.

Design kitchens and bathrooms

Candidates must have:

Building trades experience

Cell phone

Experience with construction materials and ordering materials

Experience with computers

Experience with Microsoft Excel

Ability to create checklists for materials

Ability to go into field with sales, if need be, to help measure, take pictures and write notes for the job to create estimates

Knowledge of ProKitchen and Chief Architect is a plus
