Helpdesk Analyst

Atash Enterprises LLC is seeking qualified Help Desk Analyst consultants. We are looking for helpdesk support staff who are patient and capable of gathering accurate information from end-users, documenting and performing in depth research on issues and excellent follow up with customers Requirements:2+ years experience in a technical Helpdesk role2+ years troubleshooting technical user issues and documenting the needed information into a issue tracking system2+ years experience supporting windows OS (7, 8.1 and 10)2+ years experience with Microsoft active directory and Microsoft Windows OS as well as the MS Office suite (Office 365)2+ years of experience in a position where good communication and customer service is requiredExcellent attention to detail and documentation skillsProven problem-solving skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively with co-workers, clients and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
