Customer Service Representative Needed
We are a family owned and operated medical equipment and supplies company located in Paradise, NV, servicing locals and visitors for over 15 years. We're looking for additional members for our Customer Service Team to start as soon as possible. No extensive experience required, training will be conducted by Team Manager.

Job Description:
Responsibilities include:
- Intake and recording of orders of medical equipment
- Communicating with customers via phone call on questions or concerns regarding products and services
Technical Requirements:
- Must have graduated high school or earned a GED
- Background in medical field and/or knowledge on durable medical equipment preferred
Important Qualities & Skills:
- Trainable and attentive, team player
- Good communicator, able to promptly report issues to team manager when necessary
- Able to operate Microsoft programs such as Excel
